Iron Horse, a leading excavation company in the Mid-Michigan area, is seeking a qualified Gravel Train Driver to join our team. As a Gravel Train Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of materials to and from job sites.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a Gravel Train in a safe and efficient manner, following all traffic laws and regulations
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation
- Follow all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with project managers and other team members to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Class A CDL with doubles endorsement
- Clean driving record
- Minimum of 1 year of experience driving Gravel Trains
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
